Transaction History

The Transaction History section allows you to view all the payments you’ve made on the platform, including your subscription plans and PPV (Pay-Per-View) content. It helps you keep track of your activity, payment status, and access details.

Where to Find Transaction History:

  • Go to your Profile section after logging into your account.
  • Select “Transaction History” from the menu.
  • You’ll see a history of your active and past purchases, categorized under Subscriptions and PPV Purchases.

Sections in Transaction History:

1. Subscriptions

This section lists all the recurring subscription plans you’ve signed up for. It gives you a snapshot of your ongoing or expired memberships.

What You’ll See:

  • Plan Name
    • Displays the name of the subscription you purchased.
    • Example:  Monthly,  Annual, Club Membership, etc.
  • Status
    • Shows whether your subscription is currently Active, Cancelled, or Expired.
    • Helps you understand whether you still have access to content or need to renew.
  • Start Date
    • The date on which your subscription began.
  • End Date / Renewal Date
    • If the subscription is recurring, this shows the next billing or renewal date.
    • For cancelled subscriptions, it shows when the access ends.
  • Amount Paid
    • Displays the total cost of the subscription at the time of purchase.
    • Useful for tracking what you paid previously for a specific plan.
  • Payment Method
    • Indicates how the payment was made (e.g., Credit/Debit Card, Wallet, etc.)
    • Gives you clarity on which method was used for each transaction.

2. PPV (Pay-Per-View) Purchases

This section contains a list of one-time video purchases that are not part of your subscription. These are usually valid for a limited time (e.g., 24 or 48 hours).

What You’ll See:

  • Video Title
    • The name of the video or event you purchased.
    • Usually clickable to view more details (access depending on expiry).
  • Purchase Date
    • The exact date and time when the PPV was purchased.
    • Useful for knowing when your access started.
  • Access Duration
    • Shows how long the content is available to you after purchase (e.g., 48 hours).
    • Helps you track remaining time.
  • Status
    • Indicates if the PPV access is Active or Expired.
    • Let you know whether you can still view the content.
  • Amount Paid
    • Displays how much you paid for that specific video/event.
  • Payment Method
    • Lists how the payment was made (e.g., Card, Wallet).
